DriBlades™ and the Abductor were not initially intended to be sold at the retail level. As a result, no product will carry a manufacturer's warranty. However we stand behind our products and in order to provide some peace of mind, we do offer a 30 day return policy.
We want to ensure you are satisfied with your product. We accept returns for exchange or refund provided the product has not been customized, worn, or used within 30 days of your purchase. All products must be in its original condition and returned in its original package. Any shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
To begin, reach out to us through our Contact Us page and provide your (i) order number (ii) order email, and (iii) reason for return/exchange. From there, we can walk you through the return process. If a claim is submitted within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a one-time replacement if damaged due to a manufacturer defect. To process your claim, please reach out through our Contact Us page with your (i) order number, (ii) order email, and (iii) reason for replacement. Once we are connected, we will work to resolve your issue ASAP.
